Construction Update from The Docks at Mooney's Bay

Spring has brought exciting momentum to The Docks at Mooney’s Bay, and we're thrilled to share the latest updates from the site!

The construction progress at The Westside Condos is moving along swimmingly.  
‍

Both buildings have seen significant exterior progress, with framing now complete and masonry installation well underway. The main roofs are finished, and a mobile crane is currently on-site assisting with the installation of the canopies that will frame each balcony.  

Inside, work is progressing steadily. Our team is actively installing interior framing, plumbing, HVAC systems, and fire suppression, bringing every unit one step closer to move-in ready.

With the land now fully serviced, we’re preparing to break ground on the townhomes any day now, and expect construction on our Northside and Southside condos to commence in August.

Looking ahead, we anticipate walkthroughs of our Westside Condos beginning as early as October 2025, and we can’t wait to welcome you to explore these vibrant, thoughtfully designed homes.
